BECOME A VENDOR
1. Obligations: Vendor agrees to participate in Santa Clarita Olympics on June 2, 2018 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In the event of inclement weather, the Spring Fling may be postponed, the decision of which is at the sole discretion of The DKL Foundation. If the event is moved, the initial replacement date will be June 23, 2018. Good faith efforts will be made in the event additional inclement weather causes further postponement. The school grounds will be available for set up beginning at 6:00 am. Vendor understands that the space location is decided solely by The DKL Foundation. All vendors must supply their own canopy, tables and chairs and understand that there will be no electricity provided. Vendors must vacate the school premises no later than 6:00 pm on the day of the event.
2.Cost: 10’ x 10’ booth (space only) $100 The cost of your booth is nonrefundable and is considered a charitable donation. All vendors are required donate an item (if applicable) with a total retail value of at least $25 to our SILENT AUCTION. The cost of the booth and value of the donation are considered tax deductible. 3. Payment: Until such time as this signed AGREEMENT, the booth fee of $100.00 and donated item are received, no contract is created. The booth fee must accompany this signed Agreement.
